Carrier's bill of lading includes the following clauses on its front side: 

Received by the Carrier in apparent good order and condition unless otherwise indicated hereon, the Container(s) and/or goods hereinafter mentioned to be transported and/or otherwise forwarded from the Place of Receipt to the intended Place of Discharge or Place of Delivery, whichever is applicable, upon and subject to all the terms and conditions in the CARRIERS applicable tariff.  If required by the Carrier, this Bill of Lading, duly endorsed, must be surrendered in exchange for the Goods or delivery order. In WITNESS whereof one (1) original bill of Lading has been signed if not otherwise stated below, the same being accomplished the other(s), if any, to be void.  If required by the carrier one (1) original Bill of Lading must be surrendered duly endorsed in exchange for the goods or delivery order.  For terms and conditions of Carrier's bill of lading, as printed on its reverse side, please see Rule 8-010 (B/L Terms 1-18).
